Tutors and tutees can respond to lesson requests by clicking on the lesson link when they login and choosing the appropriate icon (accept, edit, deny) under action, (see the image below). You may need to scroll down the page to see all lesson requests. When a mutual date and time has been agreed between the tutor and tutee you will get a notification and a link to launch the lesson which will take you to the virtual classroom.
The image on the left shows the icons for accept, edit and deny respectively. Clicking on the first icon (the tick) will give your acceptance of the date and time for the requested lesson. Clicking on the second icon (pencil) will enable you to edit the date and time for the lesson. If you are replying to a message, you can delete the message in the notes section and enter the message you want to send. Notifications will be sent via email to your registered email address. Clicking on the third icon (the cross) will deny the requested lesson.
